Royalty Free Sound Effect Description
This is the impact sound of thrown coins. The sound was recorded (non-synthesized) with a highly sensitive shotgun microphone. The file format is WAV 96kHz 24bit, which allows a greater editing range without losing much sound quality, compared to lower quality file formats. Volume peaks in my sound files are never hard-limited (this means, that they are not cut off), so that you can implement them dynamically as desired.
A good scene for the sound, for example in a rpg game, would be the trade of goods or powerups inside an item shop, where the player character has to spend gold, silver or another currency, which is used as money.
