Our aim is to serve each of our customers in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining superior quality and upholding our standards of customer satisfaction. Further, we strive to protect the rights of our composers, and their music through our policies and practices.
Productiontrax.com provides non-tangible irrevocable goods for download from our site. For this reason, as a general rule, refunds will not be issued once an order is processed and completed, nor can a track be returned.
However, as with any software-based product, we do realize that errors do occur from time to time, and therefore honor refund requests on a case by case basis in accordance with the following guidelines:
Corrupted or malfunctioning files. If we determine that a file is corrupted or malfunctioning, Productiontrax.com will first try to replace the malfunctioning file, and if we are unable to adequately do so, will refund the track price to the purchaser. We will not replace files that become damaged after 24 hours of download, so please check to make sure that your file opens and works properly when you download it.
Damaged CDs/DVDs. If you receive a CD that becomes unusable because of damages received while in the mail, Productiontrax.com will replace the damaged CD at no cost. We will only honor requests for replacing damaged goods if the request is received within 14 days of shipment. We will not replace CDs that become damaged because of normal wear, improper personal use or abuse.
Payment System Malfunctions. Because of the nature of online credit card transactions, we understand that from time to time orders may be inadvertently duplicated or that errors may occur in the transmission of secured data between our site and our payment processing gateway. While these errors are extremely rare, and every precaution is taken to ensure that the ordering and delivery process goes smoothly, we will refund erroneous payments (at our discretion) within 3 business days of notice.
Download Problems. For customers experiencing download problems, we will email your tracks to you if we receive notice, either by email, live chat, or by telephone, within your 24-hour download window. If your email client does not allow the files through, then we will discuss alternative delivery methods with you until you have received the tracks in a satisfactory manner. Under no circumstances can we give a refund in a customer experiences download problems, unless we determine that the problem is a result of a file we are unable to replace.
No refunds will be issued for composer account set-up fees, directory listing fees, or premium track listing fees.
