Rooted in classical music, Vince has proven his skills as an extremely accomplished composer in the music and film industry. He's also known around Chicago for his hard-hitting delivery and earned the title "Best Keyboardist" by the Illinois Entertainer. Vince grew up in Park Ridge, IL and graduated from Columbia College with a concentration in musical composition. During and after school, Vince paid his dues on the road touring with bands from Ethiopia and Ghana, and also did extensive recording with several Blues artists for Delmark Records. Though his multifarious abilities successfully adapt to any genre of music, his heart belongs to Beethoven. He broke into broadcast television with works for Speed Channel and CMT and continues to supply lush, orchestral tracks for numerous network and cable TV shows including CBS Early Show, NBC's Access Hollywood, and Comedy Central's Emmy Award winning show The Colbert Report. Vince scored the independent film "Silent Shame", which was featured at the International Film Festival Summit, and the National Geographic African Diaspora Film Festival. He continues to infiltrate the film industry with his recent contributions to "Dreams: The Movie", directed by Joel Kapity, featuring 5 tracks with local reggae artist Kwame Bediako and partner Kathyjo. The film was released in 2012.
