Lee Duane FitzSimmons is a highly prolific composer/producer/multi-instrumentalist who has won numerous awards for his creative endeavors. When he was eighteen, he attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, after being awarded a $5,000 scholarship for saxophone performance from that institution. At Berklee, he studied music performance, compostion, and production, after having tested out of the first three semesters of ear training and music theory. Lee then attended the University of North Texas where he further enhanced his musical abilities. Not only is he a talented multi-instrumentalist who plays keyboard, guitar, saxophone, flute, and bass; he also has abundant training and experience with sequencer programming and digital recording technology. Lee has played with many different types of bands from reggae to country to rock, and has composed and produced music for countless projects.
